Pockets of Light provides Support, Compassion and Hope for women and men who have experienced the loss of a pregnancy or infant.

WE ARE HERE FOR YOU.

"My husband and I were so fortunate to be referred to Pockets of Light by our therapist. Erin and Tom provided such a safe and comforting environment that was and still is invaluable to us. They not only helped us navigate through our present life, but also what to expect in the future. We can't thank them enough for creating a support group that meets on a weekly basis with a focus on a different topic each time. Adam and I continue to be better equipped for this life of loss solely because of Erin, Tom, and Pockets of Light."

"The Pockets of Light support group was amazing. It was a great support hearing from other people as well as being able to be heard. It was comforting to know I was not alone in my grief.”

ABOUT US

We are so deeply sorry for your loss.

We are an organization based in Montclair, New Jersey, offering support and community to grieving parents and a safe environment in which we can share our stories and begin the healing process.

As parents who have each experienced one or multiple losses during or shortly after pregnancy, we understand how painful and devastating this time is. Our name, Pockets of Light, was chosen knowing the courage, caring, and support it takes to feel our way out of the dark and find light and hope in our lives again. We sadly cannot take away your pain, but together, we can grieve, love, and honor our babies– and help each other find Pockets of Light as we work toward healing.

We are here for you. Please reach out.
