Thank you to everyone who supported our first annual Pockets of Light Scavenger Hunt! We raised over $10,000 to support our programs and services, and we attracted over 150 participants.
We were blown away as we watched our fundraising thermometer rise over the past few months and as throngs of people set out into the streets of Upper Montclair to complete the hunt. With this being Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Month, it was especially meaningful to see an entire community rallying together to tell bereaved parents that they are not alone, and to help shine a light on a cause that is often silenced.
In addition to everyone who came out, we want to thank all the people who raised or contributed funds but couldn’t be there, friends who volunteered at the event, and all the participating local businesses in Montclair. What an amazing community! Thank you again for helping spread light. We hope to see you back in the coming years. . .
